  1. What is your favourite dessert: Tiramisu.
  2. Dr. Josh Cogoi’s height: 180cm.
  3. Dr. Josh, if you could have a superpower what would it be? Shapeshifting, all the powers combined into one.
  4. Most desirable holiday destination? I haven’t been to a Spanish-speaking country yet, so somewhere like that with great weather and food.
  5. Dr Josh Cogoi’s favourite colour and why? Orange, it looks warm.
  6. If you were a dog, which breed would you want to be? Anything but a chihuahua that is terrified of air or a pug that can’t breathe due to it being genetically bred to look like it’s been smashed in the face with a shovel.
  7. What is your secret talent? Power napping anywhere.
  8. Currently, what type of music do you listen to most? Right now, I’m really into ‘drum and base’ and deep house.
  9. What is your favourite ice cream flavour? Coffee, although I don’t drink coffee.
  10. How would your 10-year-old self react to what you do now? He would probably be rubbing his hands together with a smirk saying, ‘it’s all part of the plan baby.’
  11. What are three tips you would tell your younger self? 1. Keep investing in yourself till at least 30 2. Focus on learning Business, Finance and Social Media 3. Protect your asset for the long run (mind, body, soul)
  12. What is your favourite meal of the day? Breakfast, before I go to bed I eat, and then I wake up and eat again. It’s like a time skip for eating. (I time my meals) 
  13. What is an essential part of your day? Sticking to some form of routine (eating, working out, work)  
  14. Do you think Aliens are real? I hope so.
  15. Dr. Josh Cogoi’s top 3 health tips: Sleep, nutrition and movement, in that order.
  16. What supplement do you think is best for people? Better sleep, if you have that 10/10 then Vitamin D and Vitamin C.
  17. How long have you been Weight training? Over a decade.
  18. What book do you recommend most to people? Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less.
  19. What’s one skill/ trait you have worked on this year? Attacking my fears until they are no longer fears. So far has resulted in the biggest rewards.
  20. Do you get Chiropractic adjustments and how often? Yes, I like to get weekly adjustments for how much physical stress I put my body through each week.
